A consultation has launched on proposals to extend the award-winning Grey to Green scheme from Castlegate to Angel Street.
Today we held a Digital Inclusion Summit that brought together over 100 individuals and businesses from across the public, voluntary, community, faith and private sectors to collectively address the digital divide in Sheffield.
The recent grant scheme to support eligible businesses in the supply chain to hospitality, accommodation, leisure, and entertainment sectors has been extended and grant amounts have been increased.

Currently, hospitality venues are only able sell alcohol via delivery.

A streamlined process has now been put in place for businesses to access the latest support grants for businesses who have been been affected by the second Coronavirus lockdown. Grants are available for both ratepaying and non-ratepaying businesses.
Government have issued further clarification on which businesses can remain open during the new lockdown period, with restrictions in place until 2nd December.
