Give us your views on your bin collection services

In Sheffield we provide all households with a black bin collection service for general waste, and a recycling collection service for paper and card, glass, cans and plastic bottles.

We know how important bin collection services are to residents, and we want your feedback on the quality of the service you receive, and any changes you would like to see in the future. 

Three separate surveys are available:

• General household black bin collection service
• Recycling collection service (blue bin for paper and card, and a brown bin for glass, cans and plastic bottles)
• Residents who live in flats and share their bins with other households.

The surveys will be available on an ongoing basis, allowing residents to provide feedback throughout the year.
