We have launched Sheffield’s first ever city-wide school attendance charter.
Together with our partners, Sheffield Chamber of Commerce, South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue, South Yorkshire Police, Sheffield Children’s NHS Trust Foundation and Sheffield’s NHS CCG, we pledge to do more to help children achieve excellent school attendance throughout the year.
We know that the last couple of years have been tough for families, and we want to help children get the most out of their school days, so we have also launched a new website full of advice and tips for what to do if you’re struggling to get your child to school, and what help is available if you need it.
